Where are your garments made?

All of our pieces are ethically produced in UK-supported workshops and partner studios in West Africa, ensuring fair wages and local craftsmanship.

How do I find my size?

Visit our Size Guide for detailed measurements in UK sizing. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up or contacting us for personalized advice.

Do you charge VAT?

Yes—our prices include UK VAT (20%). International orders may incur import duties or local taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

How long does UK delivery take?

Standard UK delivery is 3-5 business days

Can I order outside the UK?

Yes, you can! We ship worldwide, however, shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

What do I do if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

• Check your tracking link (sent by email) for the latest status. The confirmation email is sent by the courier service we use: Royal Mail Courier service.
• If it’s marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days at sales@fiordara.com

What is your return policy?

You have 7 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full instructions.

My outfit isn’t my size—what do I do?

As long as the item isn’t damaged, kindly follow the following steps to initiate a return:

• Visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
• Select your order and indicate the desired size.
• Send the unworn item back in its original condition

Once we receive it, we’ll ship your new size or issue a refund.

Do you use sustainable materials?

Yes we do, we use hundred percent cotton materials as well as other recyclable products.

How should I care for my FìoDára pieces?

To preserve color and fabric integrity, hand-wash in cold water or use a gentle machine cycle, then air-dry. For detailed instructions, check the care label on each garment or check the care guide attached to each product on our website.

How do I take care of my clothes to prevent wear and tear?

To keep your FìoDára pieces looking their best:

• Hand-wash in cold water or use a gentle machine cycle.
• Use mild detergent and avoid bleach (doing this would ruin the colour and quality of the fabric).
• Air-dry flat or on a hanger,avoid tumble drying.
• Fold or hang and store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Can I wash FìoDára items with other colours?

We recommend washing similar colours together—vibrant African prints may release a small amount of dye on the first wash. Turn garments inside out and wash on a gentle cycle to minimize any risk.

Can I be allergic to the fabric?

If you have known sensitivities, please check the product description for fabric details, and consider a patch test on your inner arm before full wear.
