The words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either 'the Company', 'We', 'Us' or 'Our' in this Agreement) refers to FìorDára, 101 Main Street Plains, Airdrie.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to FìorDára, accessible from https://fiordara.com
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Initiating A Return

We ensure that all Goods are delivered in good condition in accordance with your specifications. However, if you are dissatisfied with your Goods after it has been delivered, you can initiate a return within seven (7) days of receiving your Goods.

The seven-day deadline begins after You receive the confirmation email from the courier service and We verify that the product has been delivered

Returns must be requested within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Once this period has passed, returns will no longer be accepted under any circumstances.

Conditions for Returns

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • The Goods have to be without damage.
  • The Goods have to be without stains.
  • The Goods must not have been worn or altered.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or personalized. These include custom and exclusive design.
  • Returns due to damage caused by selecting the wrong size are not eligible for exchange or refund. We encourage customers to review our size guide carefully before placing an order.
  • The supply of Goods, which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

International Deliveries

Unfortunately, Goods shipped internationally are not eligible for return or refunds.

The Return Process

After filling the Return request form on our website, an email will be sent to you to confirm that we have received your request, along with further instructions on how to move forward.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in the return shipment.

Custom or Tailored Items

Custom or tailored items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged. In such cases with proof of verified evidence, a full refund will be issued.

Exchange

  • You may choose to either exchange your product for another item after it has arrived or return it for a monetary refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–6 business days after your return is initiated and approved.
  • Exchanges require a 14–20 day processing window, depending on availability and delivery logistics.

Reimbursement Timelines

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will reimburse you within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Gift

Items given as gifts by FìorDára are not eligible for return.This means that if You receive a freebie or gift from FìorDára, such item is not eligible for return.
